This picture was taken at Incendio, a great pizza restaurant in Vancouver we visited during our vacation to the Pacific Northwest in 2007. I was going to order my usual favorite, pepperoni pizza, but a specialty pizza entitled "Ukrainian Angst" sounded too good for me to pass up. The pizza had traditional sauce and cheese but added some garlic and potato slices to the mix. It was delicious, but we really should have split it, as it was way too big for one person. The pizza, coupled with some awesome beer (Sun God wheat), made for a scrumptious meal. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it... ;-)
